ID and Storage
Within the Toronto Community
ID replacement can be provided to those who have had items stolen or misplaced. Street Health is an innovator in this field, coordinating the replacement of ID at different locations around the city of Toronto. These centres fill up quickly and only the first 30 people can be admitted at each time posted below. The schedule may change and should be checked ahead of time if available.

10am-12:30pm (2nd Monday of the month)
Parkdale Community Centre – 1229 Queen Street West, Toronto
10am-12pm (3rd Monday of the month)
